Since 1975, Stephen Lasar Architects has been creating cost effective, energy efficient, dynamic custom homes and additions in New England, New York & New Jersey. We are committed to working closely with our clients and therefore our experiences reflect a wide variety of styles and construction techniques.
The space a person lives or works in should reflect their personality, lifestyle, and views. We listen to our clients' needs and desires to help them create a custom design to suite them. We consider it very important that our clients have positive experiences with the design and construction processes. We strive to make it easy for our clients to be active participants throughout the entire project. We are also committed to the idea of 'partnering' (creating a relationship of cooperation between client, architect, and the contractor) to ensure the common goal of a successful project. Stephen Lasar Architects is a full service custom design firm. Our work includes obtaining land use approvals, site planning, architectural design and construction observations, interior design, as well as providing professional consultants as needed. We are a small firm consisting of two principals: Stephen Lasar (Owner and Architect) and Mike Greco (Designer). One or both of us is involved in every project. AIA. Architectural Designer Joined the firm in the Fall of 2017, Practice includes Commercial, Hospitality, Retail, Financial Institutions, Educational, Residential and Civil Design. Certifications in: Energy Consevation, Building Proformance, Abatement and General Construction Industry Safety/Health Practices. Education: Wentworth Institute of Technology, Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology |
